Liquid Cream to Powder Eye Tints are "IN"
What it is: Liquid eyeshadow for all day, no-mess color is versatile and perfect for all over wash or color on the eyelids. Sheer or intense color that caresses the eye with a lightweight powdery finish.
Here's how it works: Glides on like a cream but dries like a powder. This liquid eyeshadow swipes on effortlessly and instantly locks in place without creasing.
How to apply: Sweep the cushiony wand along your eyelid for a bold metallic payoff, or gently blend it out for a more diffused wash. I would recommend after you apply the color with the wand finish by using your finger to blend out. Start by using less until you see what the payoff is. I would also suggest you apply to lid only to begin with. If you like the color you can blend in the crease and brown bone. You will notice in the picture above one eye has just a little color and the other more intense color. They are very versatile.
Why you will love these: It's a quick dry formula that sets within seconds, apply to one eye at a time and pat in place. If more color is desired apply a second coat after first layer has dried down. They also form a base if you want to add some of your other eyeshadows for more color.
